Abstract

PT Ardia Media Tama Selatpanjang district Kepulauan Meranti is a company established on 20 May 2014. Which located in JL Sumbersari Kelurahan East Selatpanjang Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi District Kepulauan meranti Provinsi Riau near house of people and not far from the Regent office and office DPRD Kepulauan Meranti. Data obtained with research through interview and get information from customer and bill clerk or employee STV. The result showed that two people or more people talk, exchange, idea. That is interpersonal communication process. Society has need level for television media, so would not television media should be optimal as possible be information product which is productive and educative. Human resources need fulfilling information also contributes education in field of communication. Local communities can also easier access, they get advantage television media to serve as a public space to discuss issues in the region. Need some kind of socialization to community and instill sense of trust so that communication run smoothly. Customer trust with employee bill clerk and otherwise from parties STV can trust in customer. Then that way not happen we not want as delay payment and even run for pay obligation as a customer.
