Abstract

The purpose of this research in to find out what factors influence custumer satisfaction in using online transportation services (Go-Jek) in Pekanbaru. Populasi and sampel 100 people. The use of variables in this study is based on previous research. This study uses descriptive and multiple linear regression, using Accidental non Random sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires along with documentation and information. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of analysis (test T) show that Service and Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Go-Jek in Pekanbaru, with a significance value of less than 0,05. While simultaneous test (test F) Service and Price affect simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction. As a whole, the dependent variabel (Consumer Satisfaction) in influenced by independent variabels of 50,0%, the remaining 50,0%, the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
