Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion on the decision to purchase traditional food with kemojo Al- Mahdi di pekanbaru. The population in this study is that everyone who buys kemojo Al- Mahdi is fresh. While the sample used in this study is urban society. Pekanbaru from August – December 2017. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The population in this study were consumers who shop for the mullah Al- Mahdi as many as 17,675 people. Through the calculation of slovin formula, the number of samples 99.44 is rounded so that the number of samples of 100 consumers who shop for kemojo is attained by Al-Mahdi pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the three research variables are product, price and promotion where the most dominant variables influance the consumer’s decision to buy the kemojo Al- mahdi. That t-count is greater than t- table ( 4.468> 1.98 ) so Ho is rejected.
