Abstract

Layoffs were done by a company cause various problems for the individual. This study aiming to know the influence of personality toward Regulasi Diri with coping stress in PT. Mustik Agro Sari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi worker after PHK. This study involving 100 samples of PT. Mustika Agro Sari worker after PHK which used sample jenuh technique. The data used consisted of 45 items based on the results obtained coefficient of Self Regulation (α = 0,914) and coping stres (α = 0,864). The analysis method used regression analysis to examine the influence of Regulasi Diri with Coping Stres. The summary show that the hypothesis of this study was accepted, there is a significant influence of Regulasi Diri with Coping Stres.
