Abstract
This study aims to determine the Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Lower Passing in Volleyball Games through Modification of Tools in Class VII Students of SMP UPT GHS I, Teluk Belengkong District. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study were 14 Grade VII students of SMP UPT GHS I Teluk Belengkong District. Consisting of 8 male students and 6 female students. The instruments used in this research are RPP, syllabus and form assessment. The average volleyball under-passing learning outcomes in the first cycle was 71. The number of students who passed was only 6 students and there were 8 students who were remedial. In the second cycle the learning outcomes of the second cycle increased the average to 83. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the method of tool modification can improve the Learning Outcomes of Lower Passing in Volleyball Games in Class VII Junior High School Students of UPT GHS I, Teluk Belengkong District. The increase in the average value of passing under cycle I to cycle II was 16.9%.
