Abstract

Competition in the construction industry is a fundamental factor and affects the performance of increasing productivity. Productivity that contains understanding. From the results agreed with the role of labor unity of time. The work of piling in the construction of the Bank BCA KCU Pekanbaru City was in the beginning from the work of mobilizing tools to the piling point to cutting piles. The modeling work on this project uses a hydraulic driver static pile tool. The purpose of this study is to study the productivity of pile work and study the factors that increase productivity in pile work. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis in which this study makes direct observations to the field by noting the work produced consisting of piles and the time needed to complete the ongoing activities. This observation was carried out for 14 days on the work of piling piles, from observations in the field obtained 61 observations of piles that have been seen. The result of research on the work of piling in each observation has a varying value. The highest productivity occurred at the observation of the 16 piles 20 as 2-B with a productivity value of 32,283 m/hr, the total length of the pile 16 m, and the total duration of activity for 29,23 minutes. While the lowest productivity occured at the observation of the 3rd pole 3 as 3-C with a productivity value of 6,308 m/hour, the total pile of 13 m, and the total duration of its activity was 123,66 minutes. From the result of the study it was also known that the factor that increased the highest supprot program by 33,33% and the lowest activity was the genset equipment damage by 4,17%.
