Abstract

The purpose of the research was to look at the effect using Imtaq integrated Biology learning tools on the student’s learning result at XI MIA 3 class of Muhammadiyah Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru in academic year 2016/2017. Retrieval of data was held on February 17, 2017 until March 3, 2017. The type of research was Quasi Experiment using only one class with research design is “one group pretest-posttest design”. Sampling was carried out through Purposive Sampling with sample at student’s of XI MIA 3 classtotaling 30 student’s. Data was collected as many as 4 encounters in topic of respiratory system. The instruments used written test, work method and portopolio. The result showed that the value of N-gain in cognitive is 0,75 (high) and value of post-test in psychomotor is 0,25 (low). Statistical analysis showed Ngain in cognitive Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 1,000 > ½ α (0.025) using analysis nonparametric with Runs-test, and value post-test in psychomotor Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < ½ α (0.025) using analysis parametric with one sample T test. Meaning that differed significantly from the standards set was 0,31 for N-gain and Based KKM 75 for post-test. The results of the study concluded that there were the effect using Imtaq integrated Biology learning tools on the student’s learning result at XI MIA 3 class of Muhammadiyah Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru in academic year 2016/2017.
