Abstract
This study aims to develop an integrated learning model with imtaq. This research is a development research. Instruments used in this study using questionnaire needs and validation sheet assessment model. The data were obtained by validating the learning model of ulul albab to the biology learning expert, the Islamic learning expert and the Biology teacher of SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi. Descriptive data analysis. The result of this research is the learning model of ulul albab. The results of validation of biology learning experts show that the learning model developed is very feasible with an average percentage of 89.58%. The result of validation of Islamic learning experts shows that the learning model developed is very feasible with the percentage of average 100%. The results of validation by teachers who teach the subjects of Biology show that the learning model developed is quite feasible to use in the learning process with an average percentage of 75%. The conclusion from the research is that it has been developed the learning model of ulul albab. Based on the results of validation from the experts obtained product model learning ulul albab imtaq integrated with very decent category.
