Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Camat Coordination Tasks in the Implementation of Peace and Public Order in the District Rangsang Meranti Islands. The research indicators used include Unity of Action, Communication, Division of Work and Discipline. The type of research used is descriptive research with Qualitative and Quantitative research method approach where the author will describe the actual situation about what happened in the research location by collecting, identifying and developing the facts that exist to express the complete objective condition about the object under study. Based on the consideration of the composition and objectives of the research, to determine the sample is for the element of the Sub-District, namely Camat, Camat Secretary, Head of Government, Head of PMD, Head of Kessosbud, Head of Service, Head of Security and Order, Head of Satpol PP using Census Technique of all Population as Sample. While for the community using Sampling Purposive Techniques that the sampling of a portion of the number of population assessed can represent the entire pupulation. The data in this study consist of primarydata, primary data collected by using questionnaire questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher evaluates and concludes that the coordination analysis of subdistrict heads in the implementation of peace and public order in Rangsang sub-district of Meranti regency is at the interval of appraisal quite done. The suggestions that can be givento the District Rangsang should be on that has been achieved by the District in the implementation of theDistrict of peaceand Public Order is to be improved again and is expected to Camat always coordinate with the Village Head to revive activities in the District and Public Order in District Rangsang.
