Abstract

The Head of Teluk Lecah Village has a task that has been regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages that is to organize the Village government, carry out Village development, Village community development, and empowerment of the Village community. In carrying out its duties, the Village Head has an obligation, one of which is to maintain the Peace and Order of the Village Community. Peace and public order is a dynamic condition that allows the government and society to carry out activities in a peaceful, orderly and orderly manner. Peace and public order are basic needs in carrying out services to the community. The purpose of this study is to find out how to deal with the issue of Peace and Order by the Village Head in Teluk Lecah Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. This research is a quantitative study that extracts data according to facts, carried out by means of a survey. Key Informant Withdrawal Technique uses sampling technique that is Purposive Sampling and Informant Withdrawal Techniques using the Sample Withdrawal Technique, namely Snowball. Key Informants are Village Heads, informants are the Secretary of the Camat, Village Secretary, Bhabinkamtibmas, Kadus I, Kadus II, Kadus III, and Community Leaders. Data Collection Techniques are carried out by Observation, Interview, and Documentation. In analyzing data on several indicators of Peace and Order Handling in Indicating Investigation and Investigation of Violations and Crimes that occur in the Village are categorized as Implemented, Indicators of the existence of Ronda substations and completeness in certain places are categorized as sufficiently implemented, indicators regulating and supervising the way the company is categorized as poorly implemented. and Indicating that the Village is safe from environmental disturbances is categorized as Enough. The constraints in the implementation of the Village Budget for revenue and expenditure in Teluk Lecah Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, are many activities carried out by the Teluk Lecah Village government that are not in accordance with the needs of the community and there is no implementation. due to bad weather.
