Abstract

Civil Servants are the resources of the State apparatus that provide tasks and services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the administration of State duties in accordance with the observance of the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Thus, the purpose of research is to determine the role of the Office in Coordinating Distribution of school operational assistance funds. This study aims to determine the role of the Indragiri Hilir District Education Office in coordinating school operational assistance funds and knowing the constraints faced by the Department of Education in coordinating school operational assistance funds. This research method is quantitative research with descriptive survey type. The types and sources used by primary data are secondary funds, while data collection is through interviews, questionnaires, and research documentation. The results showed that the role of the Indragiri Hilir District Education Office in coordinating school operational assistance funds in the adequately implemented category was in the percentage of 34%
