Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of the Implementation of the Task Force for Supervision of Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police, the indicators of this study are Establishing standards and methods for measuring performance, Measuring Performance, Comparing Performance in Accordance with Standards, Taking Corrective Measures. The type of research located in the Satpol PP Office is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of the research objectives in the researched locations. The population used in this study is the Head of Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, Head of Regional Law Enforcement, Head of Community Operations and Order, Pekanbaru City Satpol PP personnel. The sampling technique used in setting individual samples is census techniques for the population of Satpol PP employees and purposive sampling techniques for the Entertainment Owner population group, the type and technique of data collection used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and data secondary collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use frequency table tools. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Analysis of the Supervision of the Pekanbaru City Satpol PP Supervisory Task Force was at the "Enough Enforced" assessment interval. The recommendations that needed to be considered were where the supervisory duties of Satpol PP especially in public entertainment operations were increased, so that violations were done not repeated a second time.
