Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of implementation results and know the inhibitory factors Programme Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) in the VillageSialang Panjang, District Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir regency. This research uses qualitative approach and key informant in this research is Village Head of Sialang Panjang. From the results of the interviews that researchers collect as many as 10 people get the result that the implementation ofProgramme Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ)in Sialang Panjang Village is categorized quite effectively.From the results of the research it can be suggested that the Regional Government, Sub-District Head, Village Head and Development Actors involved should further enhance their Participation and should be able to socialize the Operational Technical Guidance to the perpetrators of theProgramme Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ)in order for the Community and Village Empowerment Service should hold Training before the Programme Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ)is run, the Camat along with the Sialang Panjang Village Head, Tembilahan Hulu District should provide guidance to the Resources, Sialang Panjang Village Heads and RelatedAgencies must provide supporting facilities and infrastructure in the implementation The Programme Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ)and also can add to the activity plan by making clean water channels, improving the economy and developing the Culture in the Village and For the Community should be able to utilize and maintain well all the development results programmed by the Government from Village activities especially Indragiri Hilir Regency.
