Abstract

The purpose of this working paper is to find out the Leadership Style used by the leader in the Sub-Section of Own Calculation Price and E-Catalog Section of the Corporate Secretary of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) in order to encourage the success of achieving the objectives in the Sub Section. Starting from the interest of the author to raise this title is because of the author's curiosity about what is done by the leader in the sub-section of HPS and ECatalog. As long as the writer practices field work, almost no unwanted problems occur in the sub-section. The work atmosphere is quite peaceful, comfortable, and calm as if it is a very missed thing for writers while practicing field work. It was formed and built by a leader in it. Leaders in the HPS and E-Catalog sub-sections to build comfort for all members of their subordinates using the Democratic Leadership Style. Democratic leadership style is a leadership style that is effective and good for leaders in a company. By using the Democratic Leadership Style, Ms. Insyirah as the leader is able to achieve the goals set by the HPS and ECatalog sub-section and the company's objectives, these goals include creating sales growth and sustainable profits and increasing the company's assets to provide added value to stakeholders.
