Abstract
Teachers are the human resource that could achieved hardiness in individual, however, not all teachers could accomplish the stage of hardiness because of the school system and also the students. The study aims to describe the differences of hardiness inclition school and regular schools teachers. The research information methods using the hardiness scale, that are spread to 208 inclution teachers also the regular teachers. The subject in this paper are the inclution teachers wich they are 107 persons and regular school teachers there are 101 persons. The sample technique used in this paper are quota sampling. The analysis methods used in this paper are descriptive analysis and independent sample t-test. The outcome of t= 9,222 with significant 0,000 while the average of the inclution school are much higher than the regular school it is 71,11 rather than the regular school wich they are 63,65. The hypothesis in this research are granted, because there is significant the differences of hardiness inclution schools and regular schools teachers.
