Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze Job Training on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The population used in this study were employees at PDAM Tirta Kampar with a total of 111 employees, while the sample taken was 34 people using purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results show that the variable, job training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar.
