Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of the application of responsibility accounting and fiscal decentralization on goverment peformance. This research was conducted at 27 regional office organizations in the form of agencies and institution in the city of Siak Sri Indrapura. The method used in collecting this research data is by distributing questionnaires. The population of the organization is 54 offices and taken using the purposive sampling method, 27 offices were taken to be sampeld and in each sample 3 people were taken as respondents so that the total respondent were 78 people. In this study used muliple linear regression analysis. To test the quality of the data used validity and reability test, then classic assumption test use in this study is the hypothesisi test. The results of this study indicate that the application of responsibility accounting and fiscal desentalization affects goverment performance.
