Abstract
The Belantik Market was established in 2006 where it was inaugurated in 2012. The Belantik Market itself has 4 blocks, namely blocks A, B, C, and D. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence locatin and price have in making decisions to rent a kiosk. With regard to location and price, the application of location and price marketing is expected to be able to attract the attention of traders in renting kiosks. The independent variable in this study is location (X1) and price (X2) while the dependent variable in this study is the decision to rent (Y). The method of solving problems by describing, interpreting, and analyzing data so that it find the purpose of the discussion effectively. Also using quantitative analysis, namely by using the validation test, reality test, normality test, and heteroscedesity test. As for the population are traders as many as 252 units and samples taken of 72 people. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, location and price variables have a positive and significant effect on renting decisions.
