Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Audit of Human Resource Management on Employee Performance at the Puskesmas Siak Hulu III Kampar Regency.This research is a comparative causal study. The study population numbered 56 and used a sample of 51 respondents. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Before conducting the research, the instrument was tested first with a validity and reliability test involving 51 employees of the Siak Hulu III Community Health Center in Kampar District. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the Audit of Human Resource Management on Pegawi Performance at the Health Center of Siak Hulu III Kampar Regency
