Abstract
ANALYSIS OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AT COFFEE SHOP IN PEKANBARU FROM : IRFAN SYAFRUDIN NPM : 185210509 The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze operations management strategies and effectiveness at coffee shops in Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data and secondary data with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis and is described in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that of the four dimensions of operational strategy, the best is the competency dimension. And there is also a coffee shop with the highest score, Oasi Coffee.
