Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of heavy equipment maintenance at PT United Tractors in Pekanbaru. The type of research used is descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews and data sources using primary and secondary data sources. Then the data obtained were analyzed by the TPM method. The results showed that the overall maintenance management at PT United Tractors had been running effectively.
