Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Recruitment on Employee Performance inPT Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were employees PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru with 33 employees,while the sample taken as many as 33 people using the census. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the program SPSS V. 22. The results showed that the variable, Recruitment had a positive and significant influence on employee performance in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru.
