Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of rewards on employee performance in the general staff of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total of 90 employees, while the samples taken were 46 people using purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the reward variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Section of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
