Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee performance on job promotions at PT. Bulog Divisi Regional kepulauan Riau with the number of employee 41 employees, while the sample taken as many as 41 people using the cencus. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analyze method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS V program 22. The result show that the variable, employee performance has a positive and significant influence on Position Promotion at PT. Bulog Divisi Regional Kepulauan Riau.
