Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT. Andalas Karya Mulia Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, which is in accordance with what has been surveyed by researchers, namely employees who work in the field (project control) totaling 88 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Andalas Karya Mulia Pekanbaru.
