Abstract

Work, and monitoring feedback shows that the supervision carried out by the transportation service in the supervision of the Duri Bestari terminal has not been maximized because there are still many transportation that violate the SOP in operating Terminals are points where passengers and goods enter or leave the transportation network system. Terminal is the main node in a network where a set of routes as a whole meet. Thus the terminal is the main component in the road transportation network system which has a very important role and function. The purpose of terminal supervision is to determine the factors causing the weakness of supervision and to understand the efforts made by the Bengkalis Regency government to re-optimize the function of Duri Bestari Terminal in Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis Regency. This study used a qualitative method to describe the actual or actual situation regarding the supervision of the bestari duri terminal in Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis district. The technique of withdrawing informants in this study used the snowball technique, which amounted to 4 people consisting of informants. Snowball informant retrieval identifies some people as informants and it is possible to retrieve or replace them with other informants. Based on the research conducted, it can be found that the supervision carried out by the Transportation Agency is based on the indicators of preliminary supervision, on-time supervision.
