Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze communication at PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Muara Langsat Kuantan Singingi Regency, to determine and analyze the performance of employees at PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Muara Langsat Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in the study amounted to 54 employees who are employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Muara Langsat Kuantan Singingi Regency. Form the total population, samples were taken from the entire population. While the sampling technique used is the census method. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative methods, then from the results of the study in a simple liniar rehression analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 program. So it is known that there is an influence between communication on employee performance at PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Muara Langsat Kuantan Singingi Regency. Then form the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, it is shown that communication has an influence on employee performance at PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Muara Langsat Kuantan Singingi Regency. Furthermore, from teh results of the person correlation coefficients test (t test) it can be seen that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted,this shows that there is can influence between communication on employee performance at PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Muara Langsat Kuantan Singingi Regency.
