Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the employees at the Sungai Meranti Village Office, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. This research is a descriptive analysis with a population and a sample of 2 people as supervisors at the Sungai Meranti Village office, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that employees are able to position their abilities in the tasks assigned by their superiors to complete and be responsible for all these tasks. The performance of the employees can also be seen and said to be very good, because the performance they do is in accordance with what is expected by the superior and what is applied so that the performance is carried out well, as expected by the superior at the village office.
