Abstract
This study uses the Probability Sampling technique with purposive sampling method, with a population of 180 people so that the sample used is 36 respondents from the office and field sections. The data of this study were obtained from observations, questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses Instrument Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study based on simple linear regression showed that workload had a negative effect on employee performance at PT. Ravindo Putra Mandiri in Duri. The results of the t test show that the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Ravindo Putra Mandiri. The relationship between the two variables in the strong category and the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study
