Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the Population Administration Services Analysis At the District Office of the Kampung Baru Bukit Kapur Dumai. The Village is to improve government administration as efficient and effective as well as improve service to the public in accordance with the level of development of the builder. Population Administration is series structuring and publishing activities in the issuance of documents and demographic data through population registration, civil registration, information management and utilization of the results of population administration for public services and the development of other sectors. This study is located in Kampung Baru. KeyInforman research is Mr headman of Kampung Baru and the informant was the clerk and the people who deal with all requests recommendation. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. In the study population analysis indicators using the theory of administrative services Dwiyanto, 2008: 343-344 Attitude Officer, Procedures, Time Services, Facility Services and Service Charge. The results of this study can be seen that the ineffectiveness of the public service procedures create hardship, service time and costs in the manufacture of recommendation has not been clarified quickly and accurately.
