Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of accessing pornography through mobile phone to adolescent (case study of Junior High School X) in Pekanbaru. This study uses a descriptive survey type, which describes the reality found in the field in what way this research is done in SMP Negeri X Pekanbaru, by reason of this school is junior high school in Sub Marpoyan Damai. Population and sample in this research are all object of research that is Headmaster, Counseling Guidance Teacher and VIII Grade Student of SMP Negeri X Pekanbaru, consisting of 199 student number of student from 5 class. Sampling for all population in SMP Negeri X Pekanbaru is done by census considering small population and easy to contact. Analysis of this research data is the process of review, grouping, data from the results of data collection. The result of this research is the impact of accessing pornography through mobile phone to adolescent (case study of Junior High School X) in Pekanbaru can reduce the concentration level of student learning, because students only focus on their curiosity which is realized by way of finding him by using mobile phone to fulfill his curiosity about pornography, other than that the impact of using a mobile phone to meet the curiosity about pornography is the occurrence of deviant behavior that is dating and also free sex behavior that leads to pregnancy in adolescents.
