Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture of employee’s performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah Branch Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru. This type of research was quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT Pegadaian Syariah Branch Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru. They were 41 people. All the populations were sampled. The data source used in this research is the results of questionnaires that have been filled in by respondents who are the research sample. The data analysis technique carried out in this research uses regression analysis with statistical software tools, namely SPSS 23. The results of this research stated that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational culture have positive effect on employee’s performance.
