Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and compensation on employee performance at the Rokan IV Koto Subdistrict Public Health Center (Puskesmas). The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach by collecting numerical data. The source of data used to obtain accurate information was gathered through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample of this study consisted of 65 employees of the Rokan IV Koto Subdistrict Puskesmas, selected using a census sampling method. The data processing method employed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 27. The results of the tests conducted indicate that there is no significant simultaneous effect between work-life balance and compensation on the performance of employees at the Rokan IV Koto Subdistrict Puskesmas.
