Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and job rotation on employee productivity, with job satisfaction serving as an intervening variable at PT. Graha Permata Hijau, Bonai Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey, with a total sample of 125 employees from PT. Graha Permata Hijau. The findings reveal that work discipline has a positive and significant impact on both job satisfaction and employee productivity. Similarly, job rotation is found to positively affect job satisfaction and productivity. Moreover, job satisfaction functions as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between work discipline, job rotation, and employee productivity.
