Abstract
This study aims to determine and analze the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT Talabu Sektor Mandau. The population of this study was all employees of PT Talabu Sektor Mandau totaling 124 people, with samples using the enitre population with census samples, while data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionaires or questionnaires and documentation. from the results of this study using SEM-PLS shows that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance; leadership has a significant effect on work motivation; organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance; organizational commitment has a significant effect on work motivation; work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance; leadership does not have a significant effect on work motivation on employee performance; organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on on work motivation on employee performance at PT Talabu Sektor Mandau.
