Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job involvement and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Siak, Siak Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving all 62 employees of PT. Permodalan Siak as respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that job involvement and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that increasing job involvement and job satisfaction can effectively enhance employee performance in a sustainable manner at PT. Permodalan Siak, Siak Regency.
