Abstract

Low exclusive breastfeeding rates and limited parental monitoring of infant nutrition remain contributing factors to Indonesia’s high stunting prevalence. This study aims to develop a mobile application designed to support breastfeeding monitoring and assess infant growth through features such as breastfeeding reminders, activity logging, and automated nutritional analysis based on weight, height, and age aligned with WHO growth standards. The research method includes observation, literature review, and the design and implementation of an Android-based system. The developed application provides features such as growth history, educational content, and essential health information for parents. The results show that the system assists users in recording breastfeeding activities, tracking growth continuously, and identifying potential nutritional issues at an early stage. This application is expected to support improved exclusive breastfeeding practices and contribute to stunting prevention.
