Abstract
Swallow nests are a high-value commodity with promising agribusiness prospects. This study aims to: 1) identify the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles, 2) determine business income, and 3) analyze financial feasibility based on investment criteria, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), and Payback Period (PP), as well as sensitivity to changes in selling prices and input costs. The research method used was a case study, where the research location was selected using purposive sampling and conducted from January to June 2025. The results of the study show that the characteristics of the entrepreneur, Mr. Ruji, are as follows: 48 years old, 12 years of education, 20 years of business experience, 4 family members, large business scale, business capital of Rp 676,395,800, and 2 employees. Business income increased from 2019 to 2024 with a cumulative total of IDR 465,285,016 and a projection for 2025 to 2031 of IDR 1,395,902,924. The feasibility analysis shows that this business is feasible, with an NPV of IDR 293.018.109, an IRR of 23,80%, a Net B/C of 1.567, and a Payback Period of 7 years.
