Abstract

The construction project of Cafe Sanama was selected as the research object due to its high level of detail and finishing requirements, where worker productivity plays a crucial role in determining construction quality. This study aims to analyze the potential factors and identify the most significant factor influencing worker productivity on the project. A quantitative method was employed through questionnaire distribution, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics based on mean values. The results indicate that worker productivity is influenced by three main factors: work motivation, work discipline, and work environment. The most significant factor is work motivation, particularly the drive to complete tasks on time, with a mean value of 3.88 (77.6%), which is the highest among all indicators. Work discipline also shows a significant influence through compliance with instructions and work regulations (75.2%–77.0%) and work efficiency (75.8%), while work environment factors—including workplace comfort, occupational safety and health (OSH), cleanliness, and a conducive atmosphere—range from 71.2% to 73.6%. Productivity improvement can be achieved through performance-based incentives, strengthened supervision and discipline, and enhanced workplace safety and comfort standards.
