Abstract
This study aims to examine whether there is a relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support and Employee Engagement at PT X Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study consisted of 169 employees of PT X Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The analysis method employed is the Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of the study show that Perceived Supervisor Support and Employee Engagement among employees of PT X Pekanbaru are not positively correlated and not significant (0.194 > 0.05), with a correlation value of R = 0.100. It can be concluded that perceived supervisor support does not have a significant effect on employee engagement. In other words, whether supervisor support is perceived as high or low does not directly impact the increase or decrease of employee engagement.
