Abstract

The phonomenon of revenge porn is a type of crime that occurs on social media. The phoenomenon of revenge porn is very common among teenagers who are engaging in sexual activity while being documented in photos or videos of the victim by the perpetrator. The purpose of this study is to understand the phenomenon of revenge porn crimes among teenagers and how the PKBI institution's role in providing counseling guidance to victims of this crime case, the method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that there are several victims who mostly do not report their cases to the authorities, victims of revenge porn crimes are still in a very weak position compared to men due to the patriarchal culture that is still inherent in Indonesian society.
