Abstract

This study analyzes the study of the implementation of educational programs at PT. Asia Sawit Makmur Jaya in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Score indicators used are communication, resources, problem characteristics. The research method used in this thesis is a descriptive survey with qualitative analysis of research results obtained from observations. Interview with key informants and informants who describe the actual situation of what was meant at the time of the research by collecting and classifying and analyzing the analysis formulation obtained on the problem of increasing problems. There are 5 components of the sample in this study, namely 1 key informant and 4 informants. Informants in this matter were the sub-district head, village head, youth leader, community. Descriptive techniques use structured interviews as a data collection tool that is asked directly to 1 key informant and 6 informants. The method of research based on postpositivism philosophy, is used to examine natural object situations (as opposed to research) the sample data source is done by purposive sampling ( as needed) and snowball sampling (developed to take information or data needed). The technique of collecting data by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive / qualitative and the results of qualitative research emphasize the meaning rather than generalization. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher agreed and concluded that the education implementation program at PT. Asia Sawit Makmur Jaya in Jake Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency It is known that each indicator is quite good.
