Abstract

Agile Governance is a governance approach that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing community needs. These principles can be applied in public services to enhance service quality. This study aims to examine the implementation of Agile Governance at the Pucuk Rantau District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of Agile Governance principles including Good Enough Governance, Business Driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, and Simple Design and Continuous Refinement has not yet been fully optimized. The main obstacles identified are limited human resources, inadequate facilities such as computers, printers, and internet access, as well as insufficient employee understanding of Agile-based service principles. Nevertheless, the district office has made efforts to improve service responsiveness by refining administrative systems and optimizing work procedures.
