Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence Workload and Burnout have on Employee Performance at PT. PLN Lubuk Sikaping, East Pasaman, West Sumatra. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN Lubuk Sikaping, totaling 51 employees. The sample of this study used the census method, namely a sampling technique by which all members of the population were sampled. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the Workload variable has a Positive Effect on Employee Performance at Lubuk Sikaping. While the Burnout variable is stated to have an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the Workload variable and the Burnout variable have an effect on the Employee Performance variable at PT. PLN Lubuk Sikaping.
