Abstract

Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) have a very important role in the basic health service system in Indonesia, especially in improving maternal and child health. However, many Posyandu, including Posyandu RW 05 in Tangkerang Tengah Village, still record and report data manually. This practice causes various problems, such as inefficiency, risk of data loss, risk of errors in recording, difficulty in data recapitulation, and delays and inaccuracies in preparing reports. This situation hinders fast and precise decision-making and limits access to important information for cadres and the community. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based E-Posyandu Information System that can optimize digital data management. The research method used is the waterfall model, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system is designed with PHP using the Laravel framework and MySQL as a database, and tested through Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results of the study indicate that the Web-Based E-Posyandu Information System that was developed successfully facilitated the recording of child data, mother data, weighing data, and report recapitulation digitally. With this system, it is hoped that Posyandu RW 05, Tangkerang Tengah Village can improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and quality of service to the community. This system also makes it easier for cadres to manage information and present reports required by related parties.
