Abstract
The rapid development of information technology today is expanding across various groups and sectors. This technological advancement supports the development of increasingly sophisticated information systems, both web-based and mobile. In nearly all fields, including government institutions, information technology has been widely utilized. Based on this context, the author conducted a study focused on a “complaint system based on an application.” The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the need for and importance of a service system that enables the KelurahanLanggam office to respond quickly to public complaints. In addition, this study aims to find solutions to help the community more easily monitor the progress of complaints that have been submitted, as well as to assess how well the current complaint facilities meet the needs of t he community. The methods used in this research include interviews, observations, and case studies.
