Abstract

Pharmacy drug sales are a significant source of revenue in the pharmaceutical industry. Frequent problems in community health centers (Puskesmas) include suboptimal drug inventory management, such as overstocking, shortages, and expired drugs, which can hinder healthcare services. Uncontrolled drug inventory management can lead to losses both financially and in terms of the quality of healthcare services. Kabun Community Health Center, located in Rokan Hulu Regency, is one of the community health centers that provides primary healthcare services, including pharmaceutical services. The implementation of a structured, information technology-based drug inventory system is expected to assist pharmacy staff in minimizing drug shortages or excess stock. Data analysis was carried out by creating an application that helps pharmacies gain insight into drug inventory and sales transactions within a specific month. The implementation system for drug inventory in pharmacies. This system will assist the Kabun Community Health Center Pharmacy in managing transaction data, drug inventory, and calculating stock. All main system functions for Admin, Pharmacist, Warehouse, and Management actors can run smoothly and in accordance with operational needs at the Kabun Community Health Center Pharmacy in Rokan Hulu.
