Abstract
The crime of stealing animals that has always existed in society makes every animal owner very anxious, because theft can happen at any time, day and night, and can happen to all types of animals. Cage security It is the owner's responsibility to improve the security of the cage so that pets are always protected, considering that one of the criteria for a good cage is to be safe from theft and not have a negative impact on the environment. Because a safe cage can keep animals from thieves. Basically, the potential for theft will not occur if you know how to prevent security. The cause of theft is triggered by owners who lack security, resulting in theft of animals. In the development of the increasingly advanced world of technology, our awareness is needed to try to apply appropriate technology that can benefit people's lives. With the application of science technology, especially in informatics engineering, it can help make it easier for farmers in terms of cage security. Securing access to cage security generally only applies a manual security system and it is easy to break into it. So that with the development of technology, a cage security system method was created that uses an electronic system and is more automatic with a more guaranteed level of security. This research develops a cage security system by using a smartphone fingerprint as a key to open and lock the cage used to ensure cage security then uses the E18-D80NK sensor as a detector that detects unrecognized movements, magnetic door lock as a detector that forcibly opens the door, DHT22 sensor that functions to detect the air quality in the cage, and a camera that is used to capture images of the current situation that will be sent via telegramabstract notification.
