Abstract

An unorganized queue system can lead to long waiting times and inconvenience for patients. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Patient Queue Management Information System at Riska Yeni Clinic, Siak Hulu Kampar. The application is built using Laravel as the backend, Socket.io (Node.js) for real-time communication, and Bootstrap and JavaScript for a responsive user interface. This system allows patients to register online, view real-time queue status, and receive notifications for their service turn. The test results indicate that this system improves queue management efficiency, reduces patient waiting times, and enhances the quality of healthcare services at the clinic.
