Abstract

PT. Peputra Supra Jaya (PSJ) is a private company engaged in processing Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) of oil palm into Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The management of FFB purchase transactions from plasma farmers and CPO sales to other companies at PSJ is still done using Microsoft Excel, which presents several limitations, such as low data security, lack of user access control, and difficulties in generating reports. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to facilitate and optimize transaction data management and reporting. The development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The system includes features for recording data of suppliers (farmers), purchasing companies, drivers, as well as purchase and sales transactions. In addition, it allows real-time monitoring of CPO delivery status and generates accurate reports. The black box testing results indicate that the system functions correctly and significantly helps the company manage transaction data and reporting more effectively and efficiently. This system improves operational processes by making them more structured, secure, and automated.
